It is understood that for the use of specific Services by Users, P.A.S. International Travel may from time to time provide specific information and also request from time to time the interested User, where necessary, specific consent to the processing of his personal data.

The P.A.S. Site International Travel offers informative and interactive content, also for the purpose of providing Services. While browsing the Site, you can acquire information about the visiting User, in the following ways:

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

2.1 The data collected is processed by P.A.S. International Travel for the following purposes:

a) in the cases referred to in letter a) of the previous section 1:

– management of the supply contract and of the related legal obligations in civil, fiscal, administrative-accounting etc., for the sole purpose of performing the requested Service and are communicated to third party suppliers and / or collaborators in the sole case in which this is necessary to perform the service,
– management of any complaints and / or reports,
– management of requests for information on the Services.

b) in the cases referred to in letter b) of the previous section 1:
– periodic sending of the P.A.S. portal newsletter International Travel and / or e-mail messages containing advertising material, promotional initiatives and commercial communications relating to new Services or promotions,
– statistical analysis and market research relating to the services offered by P.A.S. International Travel through the P.A.S. portal International Travel, in order to improve the supply of services for a quality e-commerce in line with the expectations and needs of Users and Customers.

2.2 The personal data of Users and Customers are processed using electronic, telematic and / or manual supports, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, subsequently, for the fulfillment of all legal obligations. and for the defense, even in court, of the interests of PAS International Travel.

In any case, the processing of personal data of Users and Customers by P.A.S. International Travel takes place in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same, in compliance with the applicable provisions in force. Specific security measures are also observed, in order to prevent the loss of Users ‘and Clients’ personal data, as well as any illegal or incorrect use of the same and / or unauthorized access.

3.1. The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partially, the requested data in the fields of the different modules marked with an asterisk will make it impossible for P.A.S. International Travel to proceed with the supply of the Services or the conclusion and execution of the contact request or the order of supply of the Service forwarded by the Customer. In other cases in which the provision of data is not mandatory and necessary for the execution of the Service, there are no consequences in the event of refusal to provide the requested data and consent to their processing, if not the impossibility of ensuring greater information on the development of our Services and a greater adaptation of them to the needs of Users and Customers in general.

3.2 P.A.S. International Travel will proceed to request the prior consent for the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by the Privacy Code, including the consent provided by art. 130 “Unsolicited communications”.

3.3 The consent given freely may be revoked at any time, making the possibility of using the Service in question invalid.

Cookie

8.1. Personal data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties by P.A.S. International Travel unless it is strictly necessary to implement the Service (eg: third party suppliers and / or collaborators). 8.2 P.A.S. International Travel does not sell or transfer Users’ personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.1 The art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the User and the Customer, as an interested party, the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party has the right:

I) to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and their communication in intelligible form.
II) to obtain an indication of the origin of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative, managers or appointees.
III) to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
